We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, risk management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions by leveraging data insights to drive decision-making, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and IT teams
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to support decision-making
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for business processes
- Support fraud detection, risk analysis, or compliance-related initiatives through data insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and quality assurance of solutions
