About the Role

We\’re looking for an enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Belfast. You\’ll help customers in both French and English, resolving queries via phone and email, and creating positive, human-first interactions that reflect HCLTech\’s values.

What You\’ll Do

  • Respond to customer queries in French and English, providing first-contact resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Handle requests, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow compliance standards, quality metrics, and internal procedures.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to exceed service and satisfaction goals.

What You\’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a friendly, patient tone.
  • Analytical thinker with great attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping customers and resolving problems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and readiness for an on-site Belfast role.
  • EU citizenship or valid UK work permit (required).
  • Willingness to relocate to Belfast (if not local).
  • Successful candidates must complete an Access NI and credit check.

Working Hours & Salary

  • Training (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00)
  • Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 16:30 rotational shifts (40 hours per week)
  • Salary £27,456 per year (£13.20 per hour)
