Join our French Customer Advisor team. As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of
- Be responsible to follow the direction of the management and provide feedback
- Deal with English & French Speaking Calls
- Fluent in English & French Speaking & Writing
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for UK
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Belfast
- Monday – Friday 07:00-19:00
- 40 Hours Per Week
