At least 5-8 years of experience in the utility industry, especially in the UK-based Gas Distribution business.
Should have a thorough understanding of the Gas data model of the UK Gas consortium and should have implemented the Esri solution for Gas distribution clients from scratch.
Should have worked in a support role in handling requests for ArcGIS Desktop, AGOLS, and Mobile applications.
Should have thorough knowledge of the support life cycle model in handling tickets according to SLA.
Should have a thorough knowledge of ArcFM 10.2.1c for ArcGIS 10.2.1, especially on ArcFM extensions and Autoupdators configuration.
Should have a good knowledge of the ArcFM Geodatabase Framework to handle sessions post queue and user configuration & management.
Should have a thorough knowledge of Esri UK's LocatorHub Dashboard, LocatorHub Transformation Suite and should have hands-on experience in handling ABP data load processes on LocatorHub and the reconcile mechanism.
Should have experience in maintaining interface components between Esri and any downstream system (SAP is preferable) through middleware (SAP PI is preferable).
Should have thorough knowledge of ArcGIS Server, which includes feature service to create and update features and offline sync.
Should have thorough knowledge of ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and Esri Collector App, Survey123, & Explorer for ArcGIS with its installation, configuration, and maintenance details, Web App Builder, Experience Builder, Mobile Cache Generation (MMPK).
Should have knowledge of SWEET for ArcGIS app creation and configuration.
Should have knowledge of Esri SDK for both Esri Desktop and RestFull APIs.
Should have developed and implemented Esri projects using Geoprocessing Model (GP) services and Python tools using Esri APIs and external libraries.
Should have thorough knowledge of .NET framework 4.0 and higher version and VS 2012 with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and development of Windows and scheduled services.
Should have thorough knowledge of enterprise geodatabase, especially on Oracle Spatial 12c or MS SQL Server, with thorough knowledge of PL/SQL DML commands, Procedures, Packages, and Sequence.
Experience in implementing GIS Web applications using industry-standard technology, Esri or any Open Source technology like GeoServer.
