As a PSS, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, strategist, and evangelist for our cutting-edge TX solutions, helping organizations transform how they engage customers, partners, and employees across all digital touchpoints.

Your Role: What You’ll Own and Drive

  • Drive End-to-End Sales Cycles: Own every stage of the sales journey — from prospecting to close — while building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing enterprise clients.
  • Understand Client Needs, Deliver Tailored Solutions: Actively engage with prospects to understand their business objectives and pain points, proposing transformative solutions based on our TX portfolio.
  • Champion the Total Experience Vision: Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences from developers to C-level executives, positioning the impact of HCL’s low-code and digital experience offerings.
  • Forecast with Precision: Manage your pipeline with accuracy, leveraging tools and methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure consistent forecasting and execution.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with Client Directors, SDRs, Technical Advisors, and Partner teams to co-create tailored solutions and proposals that resonate with target stakeholders.
  • Lead Strategic Engagements: Act as a deal coach or executive sponsor on complex sales opportunities, bringing executive presence and commercial acumen to close high-value deals.
  • Enable Success Beyond the Sale: Partner with delivery and services teams to design impactful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Grow Partner Ecosystem: Support enablement of strategic partners by developing their capability and enthusiasm to drive TX solution sales.

What You Bring: Your Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of enterprise software sales or pre-sales experience, ideally in Digital Experience, Low-Code/No-Code, or Customer/Employee Experience platforms.
  • Proven ability to hunt and close net new business in competitive markets.
  • Strong knowledge of competitors (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, Adobe, Sitecore, ServiceNow, Liferay, etc.).
  • Sales DNA: Consultative, value-based selling approach with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, or Challenger.
  • Presentation Mastery: Comfortable delivering engaging, technical and strategic presentations to mixed audiences (IT, business, developers, executives).
  • Tech Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex software solutions (especially HCL Volt MX, Leap, and Digital Experience).
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a growth mindset and high energy. Collaborative team player with entrepreneurial spirit and resilience.
