The BigFix Sales Specialist role involves collaborating with Clients, Resellers, BigFix Technical Advisors, HCL Client Success Teams, and HCL Channels teams. As a BigFix Hunter, you will lead sales efforts, build pipeline, and deliver on targets. You will act as a subject matter expert for your product offerings and enable customers to solve their business problems.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt new logos/net new customers for BigFix
- Work with customers, internal teams, and Business Partners to drive new sales and expand existing business
- Partner within the sales teams to deliver solutions that address client business needs
- Engage at all levels within the customer and partner organization
- Provide sales direction and leadership on an ongoing basis
- Manage an entire territory requiring extensive travel
- Deliver Value presentations and demos for the BigFix solution
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's industry and key competitors
- Exceed assigned targets for new software sales and renewals
- Represent BigFix at local Industry Conferences and User Group meetings
- Engage BigFix GEO and Global Leadership to increase customer advocacy
- Add new logos annually
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 6 years’ sales experience in enterprise software with knowledge of the Endpoint Security space
- Proficiency in the local language to engage with local clients
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport in senior customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge
- Proven sales track record in the technology sector
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level presentations
- Ability to understand business problems and articulate corresponding solutions
