At HCL, we're looking for a Training Officer to support and inspire our catering teams across Hertfordshire, London and the South of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with food service, training or operational experience who enjoys helping others succeed.

As HCL continues to expand across Hertfordshire, London, the South of England and into new regions including Birmingham, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of teams, support exciting new contract launches and play a key role in developing our people.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines training delivery, coaching and operational support.
As part of our ambitious growth plans, you'll work across both established and newly mobilised sites, helping to embed HCL's high standards from day one.
Due to the geographical scope of our growing business, regular travel between sites is required, along with occasional overnight stays to support training programmes, mobilisations and new business opportunities.
