HCL in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Recruitment and Head Office Training Manager (Maternity Cover 12 Months) to lead high-volume recruitment across our network of approximately 475 school locations and to coordinate Learning & Development for Head Office teams. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will manage two Recruitment Coordinators, partner with school leaders and external partners, drive vacancy reductions with data insights, and oversee Head Office training providers.
