Reporting to the Senior SEN Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Education, Health and Care

Assessment process from initial request to the issuing of a final Education, Health and Care Plan. You will act as the first point of contact for

children/young people and their families and will be required work closely with them throughout the assessment process. You will also ensure Children and Young

People and their families are at the heart of everything we do.

The working hours are 37 hours per week and it\’s a hybrid working role
