Responsibilities

  • Undertaking assessments that inform permanency plans for children.
  • Undertaking a variety of reports and assessments including PAMS, parenting, Together and apart, CPR, adoption paperwork/assessment.
  • Supporting families and children under the pressure and process of court intervention.
  • Attending multi-agency meetings.
  • Visiting children and gathering wishes and feelings that inform planning for children.
  • Being child focused.
  • Being evidenced based.
  • Working with children who are looked after, and undertaking looked after procedures.
  • Working with children who are placed within the family.
