As a Therapeutic Radiographer, you will deliver high quality radiotherapy treatments to patients, supporting their diagnosis, treatment and recovery across a variety of clinical specialties. You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide precise, patient-centred care while upholding the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and preparing radiotherapy treatment sessions
- Administering radiotherapy treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring patient response during and after treatment
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of treatments delivered
- Ensuring the correct positioning and immobilisation of patients for each session
- Providing support and reassurance to patients before, during and after treatment
- Collaborating with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in quality assurance and safety procedures
- Assisting in the education and training of junior staff and students
- Keeping up to date with advancements in radiotherapy techniques and equipment
Who We Are Looking For:
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Therapeutic Radiography, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Typically, 2 or more years of experience working as a Therapeutic Radiographer within a clinical or hospital environment
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of cancer care and radiotherapy principles
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency with radiotherapy planning systems and treatment machines
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
