The Senior Technical Specialist plays a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design, and delivery of high-quality solutions within the D365 F&SCM environment. Responsibilities
- Architect And Develop Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery In D365 F&SCM Using X++, Ensuring Alignment With Client Specifications And Project Objectives.
- Act As A Subject Matter Expert, Providing Advanced Guidance And Insights On D365 F&SCM Functionality And Best Practices To The Development Team And Stakeholders.
- Identify And Integrate Emerging Technologies And Trends Into Current Projects, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Innovative, Effective, And Compliant With Quality Standards.
- Cultivate A Strong Talent Pool By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Team Members, Fostering Professional Development Within The Designated Technology.
- Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Utilizing In-Depth Knowledge Of D365 F&SCM And Related Technologies To Meet Specific Business Needs.
- Lead Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Innovative Propositions, Creating Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analysis To Position The Organization Competitively.
