Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in AWS security is preferable.
- Designing and implementation of 4 projects in AWS is preferred.
- Design exposure of Cloud Security and compliances (CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS etc.).
- Knowledge of SIEM, CSPM Solutions like Security Hub, MDC, Prisma, WIZ.
- Experience in native AWS Security services: Security Hub, Config, WAF, VPC, Guard Duty.
- Understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Understanding of ITIL Processes.
- Preferable experience in AWS Security; GCP/Azure security architecture experience is advantageous.
- Functional understanding of O&G/Manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support in resolving P1/P2 incidents.
- Create/Review Change tickets and attend CAB Meetings for approvals.
- Attend Architecture Board meetings.
- Create KB Articles for L2 Security team for ticket resolution.
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions with customer and internal teams.
- Ensure Security compliances.
- Work with teams to reduce vulnerabilities and improve security exposure.
- Attend Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviews and ensure closure of open action items.
- Exposure in designing and creating solutions, HLD & LLD.
- Use Shift Left methodology, bring automation, AI and Agentic AI implementation to improve services.
- Knowledge of modern architecture with integration of CI-CD; must be aware of Git and automation solutions.
- Communicate and manage client needs and expectations in all phases of their information security solutions.
- Work independently with internal and external stakeholders regarding security requirements.
- Collaborate with Presales/Sales/Consulting/Advisory functions and should have strong presentation skills.
- Provide leadership and training on security best practices.
- Create and implement Service Improvement Plans.
Qualification
- Should have BEng. / MEng degree/equivalent in Cyber Security (preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant Cyber Security operations experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in AWS cloud security design and implementation.
- Preferable experience in AWS; GCP/Azure/OCI cloud security experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be UK Security Cleared/Eligible.
- Certifications: AWS Cloud Security Specialty, Optional AWS DevOps, AWS Solution Architect Certification.
