Oracle IDM L3 Oracle Identity Management (IDM) – Fixed Term Contract

Location: London, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week).

Job Type: Fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation, design, and architecture of complex IAM solutions for large‑scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Play an active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership.
  • Demonstrate awareness of market trends, competition, and client business environments, translating requirements into suitable IAM solutions and proactively suggesting alternatives when required.
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player.

Required Skills

  • Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing at least two of the following Oracle Identity Management solutions: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
  • Excellent knowledge of LDAP concepts and experience with directories such as Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, Tivoli Directory Server, NetIQ/Novell eDirectory.
  • Experience or exposure to RBAC, compliance solutions, and access certification solutions.
  • Experience with application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.
  • Ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements, including integration situations, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of current IDM, strong authentication, and PKI technologies and products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.

Good to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of IDAM products such as IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Access Manager, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, and Oracle Access Manager.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer‑facing exposure required.
  • CISSP certification is a bonus.
  • Open to travel requirements.
