Responsible for providing expertise in Workday (Technical) Workday Studio and Workday (Technical) EIB, the Lead Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering technical solutions and support within the Workday environment. The position entails working on enhancements, integrations, and configurations to meet business requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Workday Studio integrations to streamline data flows and support business processes.
- Design, build, and maintain EIB solutions for data migration and system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for technical solutions and provide recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Workday environment, ensuring system stability.
- Conduct testing and validation of Workday configurations to guarantee system functionality.
- Stay updated on Workday platform updates and recommend best practices for system optimization.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Workday Studio for designing and implementing integrations.
- Experience in creating and managing Workday EIB configurations for data management.
