- Job Summary
End User Computing Architect responsible for delivering enterprise client solutions, overseeing architectural design, documentation and governance across a variety of services and technologies.
- Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and update documentation (LLD, HLD, system context diagrams, deployment view, as‑is and to‑be models) for the Azure Active Directory technical domain.
- Act as the technical point of contact for operations, proactively identifying and mitigating technical and process risks.
- Collaborate with Domain Architect to understand and contribute to high‑level design and to provide subject‑matter expertise.
- Produce low‑level design documents and rollout plans for projects and ensure adherence to architectural governance during project execution.
- Apply architecture and security principles, processes and target architecture guidelines when designing new solutions.
- Participate in project certification forums and present architectural solutions.
- Support domain and portfolio architects with technical inputs for roadmap creation within the technical area.
- Ensure adherence to architecture office mandates and overall enterprise architecture governance.
- Lead lifecycle management process setup and architecture design activities.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, SOWs and PCRs, delivering technical content.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide technical input into business development efforts.
- Contribute to runtime cost estimation and provide architectural guidance for critical incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in enterprise client environments, architecture, and enterprise & industrial client solutions.
Advanced knowledge of technologies such as Configuration Manager, Group Policies, Active Directory, Azure AD, DFS, Intune, Mobi Control, Symantec CSP, Global Protect, Defender for Endpoint, Qualys, Bit Locker, App Locker and PKI.
Proficiency across operating systems including Windows 11/10/7/XP/CE, Ubuntu Linux and Android.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience in a global information technology environment.
Deep understanding of standards and frameworks for Client Solution Design and End User Services.
Strong scripting skills in VB and Power Shell.
