The Role: Sales Hunter

We are looking for rainmakers, not just relationship managers. You will sit at the critical intersection of Market, Client, and Growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Market Creation: Taking deep tech propositions into white-space accounts and converting ambiguity into commercial opportunity.
• The Full Spectrum: Oscillating between high-level account strategy and micro-level deal execution details.
• Commercial Command: You will own the revenue levers—pipeline, conversion, pricing, and growth are your key parameters. You will create “pull” with clients while leveraging the massive “push” power of HCL’s global reach.
