To effectively manage multiple teams handling multiple EE/EN/NN accounts and plan/implement strategies to drive growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • To effectively drive multiple teams in delivering EE/EN/NN accounts as per SOW commitments and oversee all facets of delivery ensuring high operational & delivery excellence standards are met across all accounts.
  • To strategize and execute operations towards organizational objectives and support achievement of desired goals and objectives at the NORAM level.
  • To oversee overall P&L and execute strategies to improve account margins & enhance growth of new business.
  • To oversee governance of all risks, issues, BCP/DR strategies and mitigation plans.
  • To lead, guide, manage, develop, engage and retain the team.
