In this role, the Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Component Cost Estimation, Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation, Supplier Development & Management. The primary focus will be on optimizing costs, fostering effective collaboration with suppliers, and enhancing the performance and relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the component cost estimation process to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for components.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements that benefit the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross‑functional teams on cost estimation, collaboration, negotiation, and supplier development.
