Job role: Business Analyst / Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the Purple Onboarding ITSM Stream, focused on integrating new ERGO entities into standardized global IT Service Management processes and platforms.
The role will support the transition from local ITSM processes and tools to global standards across Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Service Continuity Management, and CMDB integration.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Lead, core project team, local technical teams, internal SMEs, and business stakeholders to analyze current processes, clarify onboarding requirements, coordinate delivery activities, support governance, and ensure smooth onboarding of participating entities into the global Purple landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess each ERGO company’s existing ITSM processes and support transformation toward global guidelines and target-state processes.
- Support onboarding activities for global ITSM processes including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and IT Service Continuity Management.
- Support technical setup activities required to enable Service Now discovery within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate between project resources, local technical teams, internal functions, and SMEs to ensure work packages are delivered in a streamlined manner.
- Produce process and project documentation to support the transition from local as-is ITSM processes to the target global ITSM model.
- Support CMDB setup and integration deliverables required for onboarding new companies into the Purple landscape.
- Work with local teams and internal SMEs to support information-domain compliance based on DORA guidelines.
- Support decision-making and provide direction for ITSM process rollout activities.
- Prepare and support project governance, including clear definition of roles, responsibilities, communication mechanisms, and decision-making structures.
- Participate in weekly status update meetings and other project meetings required to deliver the project objectives.
- Support training and knowledge enablement so that new resources understand group processes and ways of working.
- Record all working hours in Clarity as required.

- Strong Business Analysis experience in IT environments.
- Project Management experience in IT projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze current-state processes and support transformation to global target-state processes.
- Experience coordinating work packages across project teams, technical teams, and internal functions.
- Strong documentation skills for process analysis, onboarding requirements, technical concepts, and project governance outputs.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in IT within the financial services or insurance industry is expected for the ideal candidate.
- Project Management accreditation such as PRINCE2 is required or strongly preferred based on the RFP requirement.
- Seniority level expected: Experienced to Senior.
