Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and implementation activities remain aligned to agreed objectives.
Maintain visibility of dependencies across Data Products, Platforms and external teams.
Identify, assess and manage delivery risks and blockers.
Coordinate cross-platform activities required to deliver Data Product capabilities.
Establish and maintain "golden thread" traceability between Outcomes, OKRs, Epics, Features and Data Products.
Drive resolution of cross-team impediments.

Support Product Owners through governance and control processes.
Facilitate compliance with Data Producer Accountabilities, BCBS239, Data Risk and Enterprise Data standards.
Coordinate stage-gate readiness activities within Data Marketplace and Collibra governance processes.
Ensure required artefacts, approvals and evidence are available to support implementation decisions.
