Hands on experience in process engineering in the manufacturing industry.

End to end support for establishing manufacturing processes.

Optimization and efficiency improvement of processes.

Support IQ OQ PQ Validation.

Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.

Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques and/or other improvement tools and programs.

Technical training and experience using Statistics, Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies are required including Measurement System Analysis, SPC, DOEs, Reliability, etc.

Exposure to ISO13485 and ISO14971 medical standards - Advantage.

Windchill PLM experience is preferred.

Knowledge of any 3D CAD software.

Strong Technical Knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine manufacturing process design requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations using tools such as CAD software and simulation technologies to validate design decisions and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing knowledge and expertise through structured training sessions and comprehensive design documentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure that manufacturing designs are integrated seamlessly with overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Partner with quality assurance teams to establish and uphold high-quality standards in manufacturing process planning, conducting design reviews and validations to maintain excellence.
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process planning principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as CAD software and simulation applications.
  • Familiarity with prototype development and proof-of-concept methodologies.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
  • Optional but valuable: Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
