We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end functional design within the Informa Link program, focused on Workday implementation. This hybrid role combines elements of Architecture, Business Analysis, and Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the E2E functional design across the program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Cloudrock, Informa, and HCL.
- Drive process, information, and data design aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Ensure delivery assurance across integration and compliance programs.
- Maintain discipline and clarity around requirements management.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with AWS and AWS services.
- Understanding of SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications.
- Proven track record in integration programs involving Workday, middleware stacks, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience integrating with platforms such as Kyriba and Pagero.
Program Involvement:
- This role spans two key programs: Workday Integration Program – approx. 50% bandwidth.
- Compliance Programs: e-invoicing for France, Middle East, and UAE.
- ISO2022 regulation – standardisation of addresses for International SWIFT payments.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
- Spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high‑performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure knowledge up‑gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements.
- Review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards while simultaneously establishing and enforcing governance/compliance measures.
- Train and develop team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
