Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Manage and support enterprise datacenter infrastructure across, Windows Server, Unix, Vmware, Hyper V
- FSX-N on AWS
- Administer and maintain high availability, scalability, and performance of datacenter systems.
- Perform vulnerability remediation activities across infrastructure platforms.
- Ensure systems comply with enterprise security policies and audit requirements.
- Manage patching activities for servers, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure components.
- Ensure adherence to stringent SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Prepare management reports related to availability, incidents, compliance, and performance metrics.

- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server Administration
- VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- FSX-N on AWS
- Ability to work in high-pressure 24x7 enterprise environments.
