Project Manager – Application Operations to lead the end-to-end delivery and operational management of enterprise applications, security frameworks, Dev Ops platforms, and middleware services.
The role is responsible for overseeing implementation, monitoring, operational readiness, and the successful transition of applications from build to run and operate phases.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in incident, problem, and change management, while driving operational excellence, governance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Application Operations initiatives.
- Lead implementation of security frameworks and Dev Ops platforms.
- Oversee middleware build, deployment, support, and operational activities.
- Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability requirements.
- Manage the transition from build to run and operate phases.
- Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
