Job Summary

As a Linux Administrator specializing in RedHat Satellite and RedHat Cluster, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence within the Support & Operations team. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Provide Technical Support And Solutions By Managing And Troubleshooting Linux Systems And Redhat Satellite Environments To Ensure High Availability And Performance.
• 2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Tickets, Utilizing Linux Command-Line Tools And Logs To Identify And Resolve Underlying Issues Effectively.
• 3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base For Common Issues And Solutions In Linux And Redhat Environments, Ensuring Continuous Improvement And Easy Access For Team Members.
• 4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Utilizing Redhat Cluster For High-Availability Configurations And Ensuring Minimal Downtime For Clients.
• 5. Enhance Customer Experience Through First Call Resolution Initiatives, Aiming For High Customer Satisfaction Scores And Reducing The Number Of Reopened Cases.

Skill Requirements

• 1. Proficient In Linux System Administration With A Strong Understanding Of Redhat Satellite And Redhat Cluster Technologies.
• 2. Solid Troubleshooting Skills With The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.
• 3. Familiarity With Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies Related To It Support And Operations.
