Role Overview
We are seeking a Domain Specialist with deep Corporate Banking and Customer Onboarding expertise to support Salesforce-driven transformation initiatives.
The role will act as the functional authority for onboarding, KYC/AML, compliance workflows, customer lifecycle management, and operational servicing processes while working alongside business and technology teams.

Banking Domain Leadership
Provide subject matter expertise across:
- Corporate Customer Onboarding
- KYC & AML Processes
- Risk & Compliance Workflows
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Customer Servicing Operations
- Fraud & Financial Crime Processes
Business Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce-enabled solutions.
- Validate process designs and operating models.
- Support definition of target-state customer journeys.
Salesforce Functional Advisory
- Guide configuration and design decisions within Salesforce.
- Ensure alignment of CRM processes to banking operations.
- Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and process designs.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
Support solutions aligned with:
- FCA Regulations
- Consumer Duty
- UK GDPR
- AML Regulations
- Operational Resilience requirements
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with:
- Operations Teams
- Compliance Teams
- Financial Crime Teams
- Product Owners
- Business Analysts
- Salesforce Architects & Developers
Skill Requirements
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas:
- Corporate Banking
- Customer Onboarding
- Financial Crime
- KYC/AML
- Customer Servicing
- Experience working on CRM or Salesforce transformation programmes.
