Electrical Engineer to join a medium sized firm, specializing in the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems for power and water infrastructure projects. They are a Tier 1 supplier and need a competent Electrical Engineer with a good attitude to getting a job completed. 100% remote. This position requires travel to client sites. Van provided.
Key Responsibilities- Install, test, and commission electrical systems for power and water systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Carry out electrical fault-finding, repairs, and troubleshooting on site.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform system tests and ensure proper functionality of electrical equipment.
- Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality installations.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems, preferably within power and water industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with control systems, power distribution, and water treatment systems.
