ServiceNow Architect
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy,
solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated
European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture,
establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant
ServiceNow implementations.
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector
Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap
Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks
Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance
Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities
Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications
Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements
Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards
