· Proven experience as a Test Manager ( Must be playing this role currently/or in recent past ) on large implementation/transformation programs.
· Experience managing 40+ member onsite/offshore testing teams.
· Strong test management across strategy, planning, execution, defects, risks, governance, and reporting.
· Good working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare.
· Strong stakeholder management and coordination across business, delivery, and technical teams.
