Job Description
- Sales Support: Assist in maintaining customer information, preparing sales contracts and related documents, and promptly following up on orders.
- Customer service: Quickly answer customer inquiries and provide professional advice; Handle customer complaints and ensure problem resolution.
- Market promotion: Collect market information and competitor dynamics, assist in planning and executing market promotion activities.
- Other support: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Position requirement
- Education: College degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience: More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the tourism industry or sales assistant. Excellent graduates may also have relaxed requirements.
- Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, proficient in using office software, skilled in data analysis and summarization.
