Job Description
- Responsible for providing tourism product consultation and sales services to customers, handling customer reservations and after-sales services, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure resource supply and service quality.
- Manage sales personnel, maintain customer relationships, and be responsible for sales performance results.
- Participate in market research and analysis, provide recommendations on tourism products and market strategies.
Position Requirement
- College degree or above, major in tourism management, hotel management, marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English reading, writing, and speaking, proficient in using office software.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tourism industry, familiar with the global tourism market, and possessing excellent communication and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service awareness and problem-solving skills, with good team management and data analysis abilities.
