HCC Solicitors is recruiting a Court of Protection solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join our Birmingham or Manchester team. You will support the Deputy and Head of the Court of Protection on high-value matters within a growing practice.
You will handle caseloads of clients lacking capacity, draft Lasting Powers of Attorney, and manage accounts and case management tasks in compliance with SRA rules. The role is permanent and hybrid, with 2 in-office days per week.
