Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Management Trainer to support the delivery of management development programmes on a temporary contract basis. We are seeking someone with strong facilitation skills who can confidently engage groups, encourage discussion, and create a positive learning environment. The ability to make complex topics practical and relatable is key.
Job Purpose:
The role will focus on delivering practical, interactive training sessions covering:
- Difficult conversations
- People management skills
- Managing performance and workplace issues
- Employment law fundamentals for managers
The role will also coordinate rooms/delegates and lunches for the sessions.
Skills and Experience Specification
Essential:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience delivering management or leadership training
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Confidence delivering workshops to a range of audiences
- Practical understanding of employment law and workplace best practice
- Ability to manage sensitive discussions professionally and credibly
- Insights Discovery facilitator accreditation (basis of our leadership programme)
Desirable:
HR background or experience working closely with HR teams
CIPD qualification or similar
