Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Head of Resilience & Operations Controls to lead the firm’s operational resilience, business continuity and first‑line risk governance. You will define the strategy, embed controls across Operations, and coordinate with risk, finance and HR to ensure robust preparedness and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Head of the Office of the COO, you will oversee a small team, drive scenario testing, crisis planning and horizon scanning for regulatory developments.
