Operations is made up of 7 functions, this role sits within: The Office of the COO The OCOO is accountable for operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Operations. We work closely with our partners in Risk, Finance, HR and other departments to support the Ops function and enable effective collaboration across the organisation. We also play a critical role in business continuity and crisis management, ensuring the organisation is resilient, well‑coordinated, and equipped to respond effectively to operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support the Resilience Manager and the Risk and Controls Manager with day to day tasks associated with improving TMHCCI’s risk and resilience posture.
- Assist the Risk and Controls Manager with the monthly Risk Feed to each of the Operations Leadership Team, consolidating data from a number of systems and presenting a summary of the current position of Risks, Controls, Policies, Near Misses and Losses, Risk Mitigation Actions and Internal Audit Actions.
- Track progress of Risk Mitigation Actions and Internal Audit Actions.
- Visualise risk and controls data for Internal reports as well as for risk committees.
- Support the Resilience Manager in the ongoing development and maintenance of TMHCCI’s Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks.
- Assist with the coordination and follow‑up of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience governance activities, including committee actions, reviews and reporting.
- Assist the Business Continuity Manager with Business Continuity Committee follow up actions.
- Review of Business Continuity metrics and operational incident data in line with regulatory triggers.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather information and support the delivery of resilience improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Effectively operate in a collaborative environment.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Risk Frameworks, SS1/21, SS2/21 and DORA regulation.
- Desirable: Risk / Business Continuity qualification.
