Tokio Marine HCC is recruiting a Claims Technician in Bridgend, Wales. The role is 35 hours per week, permanent, with hybrid working: 3 days in the office.

You will handle a caseload of Household and Commercial claims, settling claims and providing excellent customer service within an internal claims team.

You will progress by handling notifications, communicating with brokers and clients, and resolving claims with increasing authority.
