HCB Widdows Mason is excited to offer an opportunity for a Trainee Conveyancer/Junior Fee Earner to join our established conveyancing team in Swansea. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their legal career in residential conveyancing, with a focus on non-new build transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.
- Conducting property searches and due diligence as required.
- Supporting senior team members in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
- Providing excellent customer service and timely updates to clients regarding their cases.
