HCB Widdows Mason is seeking a diligent and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Swansea. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to support clients through their residential property transactions while gaining valuable experience in a reputable legal environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with inquiries regarding residential property transactions.

  • Calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax and processing applications.
  • Assisting with billing and financial tasks for the team.
  • Providing occasional reception cover as needed.

Requirements
