HCB Widdows Mason is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented, experienced Legal Assistant to join our Residential team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high‑quality support to clients navigating residential property transactions while gaining valuable experience in a professional legal environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling client inquiries and providing regular updates on residential property transactions.
- Opening and closing client files while ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal regulations.
- Performing administrative tasks associated with residential property transactions.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Conducting legal research on matters related to residential property law.
- Supporting solicitors during client meetings and facilitating communications between parties.
