HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and talented Head of Property to lead our Bristol Property Team. This key position requires an individual with a robust background in property law, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing client relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Heading the property team in Bristol, managing and mentoring
- Overseeing a diverse workload encompassing residential property transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Driving the growth and development of the property practice through effective business development strategies
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the department
- Managing departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Staying updated with market trends and maintaining a proactive approach to evolving legal issues in property law
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in property law, preferably at a senior level
- Proven track record in managing a successful property team or department
