Conveyancing Executive in Cardiff

HCB Widdows Mason is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organized Conveyancing Executive to join our dedicated New Build Property team. This role is ideal for someone with strong conveyancing experience and a keen interest in residential property transactions, particularly in new build developments.

As a Conveyancing Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of new build property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Conducting necessary property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents associated with new build properties.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients and keeping them informed throughout the transaction process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
• Ensuring accurate and timely submissions to the Land Registry and compliance with Stamp Duty Land Tax requirements.
• Staying informed of industry trends and legislative changes related to new build properties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Conveyancing Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on residential property.
• In-depth knowledge of new build conveyancing processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
• Membership with the Law Society or other relevant professional bodies is a plus.
