HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and talented Head of Property to lead our Bristol Property Team. This key position requires an individual with a robust background in property law, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Heading the property team in Bristol, managing and mentoring.
- Overseeing a diverse workload encompassing residential property transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Driving the growth and development of the property practice through effective business development strategies.
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the department.

Requirements
