Solicitor - Employment - Leigh Warrington Walkden

We are looking to recruit a qualified individual with experience in Employment Law to be based at either or Leigh, Warrington or Walkden branch.

DUTIES

  • Running own case load of employment matters consisting of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employer and employee.
  • Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required.
  • Working together as team on more complex matters
  • Adhering to AML processes
  • Working with the employment team on Business development activities.

SKILLS

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail
  • 0-3 years’ experience as an Employment Law Solicitor
  • Competent level of MS Office and Excel.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multi task
  • Ability to make timely and well considered decisions
  • Full time role – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15 pm
  • Pension contribution
  • 26 days holiday in addition to Bank Holidays.
  • Additional holiday bonus scheme based on performance
