We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Wigan .
Duties & responsibilities as follows:
- Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages
- Welcoming clients, making them tea & coffee, taking client ID, dealing with general queries
- Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean & tidy at all times
- Sorting, stamping and dealing with incoming & outgoing post
- Ordering files from store and returning files to store
- Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
- nline ordering of stationery and other office supplies
- Archiving files
- Requesting of Deeds/Wills and the maintaining of the system for it
- General photocopying
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday toFriday,09.00 to 17.15
Holidays: 26 days per year plus Bank Holidays
You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
Working on a fixed fee basis means there is no uncertainty as to your outlay.
