Description:
How you'll make an impact: To apply professional expertise within the Technology & Data Services department, supporting the implementation of strategic objectives and enhancing operational effectiveness across Housing Choices Australia as appropriate. The primary purpose of the Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator role is to provide a six-month fixed-term resource in Tasmania, supporting planned office relocation while providing general infrastructure, cloud and operational assistance to the Technology & Data Services team.
Your role in action:
- Support the delivery of infrastructure, cloud and workplace technology solutions across HCA sites and office relocations.
- Assist with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking and endpoint management to ensure reliable ICT services.
- Coordinate technology setups, site moves and vendor activities to deliver seamless operational outcomes.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity and cloud-related issues while maintaining security, governance and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement, documentation and technology projects.
Skills And Experiences You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in an infrastructure, systems administration or cloud support role within a medium to large size organization.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience supporting networks, firewalls, wireless, printers, meeting room technology and end-user devices.
- Demonstrated experience working with managed service providers, carriers and technology vendors.
