Location: Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC), London

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and contribution to the on-calls on a rota basis

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Aseptics Team at our Leaders in Oncology Care site currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our flagship outpatient centre in Central London is dedicated to carrying out innovative, day-case cancer treatment. It’s fully equipped to deliver a range of cancer treatments in calm and comfortable surroundings.

As Pharmacy Assistant, you will assist in the daily running of a safe and effective pharmacy aseptic service whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient-focused care. You will liaise with Medical, Nursing & other members of the multidisciplinary staff involved in the care of patients, members of the LOC & Pharmacy staff from other HCA Hospitals.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 x GCSE pass Grade C or above incl. Math’s and English or equivalent
  • Experience of working within Aseptics (essential)
  • Strong communication skills
