- Review theatre bookings daily and liaise with clinical teams and suppliers to arrange appropriate equipment and prostheses for upcoming cases.
- Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming loan kits, investigating discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with suppliers and clinical stakeholders.
- Process purchase orders, requisitions and supporting documentation to ensure the timely payment of suppliers and accurate charging of used items.
- Support the management of consignment stock, high-value inventory checks and reporting of loan kit activity and exceptions.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience working within a theatre or surgical hospital environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clinical and non‑clinical teams.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
