HCA Healthcare UK is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to support line managers with ER cases such as capability, disciplinary, grievances, absence management and ACAS conciliation. The role reports to the Head of Employee Relations on site at Harley Street and requires strong coaching and strategic advisory skills.
You’ll own case management end-to-end, develop managers through training, and produce ER dashboards to highlight trends for the CHRO.
