IT Project Manager Location: 1 London Bridge, London (with travel across sites as required) Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish project mandates and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse business requirements and advise on scope, solutions and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Build strong relationships across IT, operational teams and business functions to support successful project outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives that strengthen and enhance HCA UK's technology landscape.
  • Reporting oversight of Service Line Portfolios within ITG to ensure alignment with PMO delivery and prioritisation frameworks

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, including applications, infrastructure or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams and external suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies and governance frameworks, with experience delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or APM)
